Proven ability to win clients, close deals, collaborate with colleagues, own entire subject matter areas, create and execute a strategic vision for a global company.

Denise Naguib, Marriott – Vice President, Sustainability and Supplier Diversity

Born in Cairo, Egypt, Denise Naguib moved to Michigan, Minnesota, and Oregon where she attended the University of Oregon. She earned a BS in Geography with an emphasis on biological and human impacts on the environment. Denise became involved with Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ocean Futures Society implementing environmental education programs globally. In 2005, she moved to the Cayman Islands to implement Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ambassadors of the Environment program at The Ritz-Carlton, then moved to Washington, DC to expand the Cousteau program, as well as develop the environmental strategy. Denise joined the Global Operations division at Marriott International in 2010 and continued her work on sustainability strategy. In 2012, Denise became Vice President, Sustainability and Supplier Diversity. Since launching the company’s new Sustainability and Social Impact platform and goals in November 2017, Denise is working on projects including responsible sourcing, reducing waste including food waste, and increasing spend with diverse businesses globally.


Aaron Robinson, United  - Senior Manager

Aaron Robinson has managed United Airlines' Eco-Skies program for the last five years, during which time United has been recognized as Air Transport World’s Eco-Airline of the Year, Newsweek’s highest ranked airline globally for environment, and the highest rated U.S. airline by Carbon Disclosure Project each year.

Aaron previously worked in financial analysis for United, and in environment and fuel efficiency at Delta Air Lines and pre-merger Northwest Airlines. In addition to working in various operations roles at airlines, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, and Rolls-Royce, Aaron also founded SimAirline.net, an online flight simulation organization, and has a private pilot license.
